How can I submit my CV or resume to CompleteRx?
When you apply for a job or join our Talent Community, you will create a brief Career Profile in our system and you’ll be asked to either copy and paste your CV/résumé as plain text or upload your CV/résumé in one of our approved file formats.
Acceptable file formats to upload your CV/résumé include: Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx); Plain Text (.txt); Rich Text Format (.rtf); Hypertext Markup Language (.htm or .html); and Portable Document Format (.pdf).
You can also sign-up for your own Job Agent to search our job postings and identify potential matches based on your skill set. You can just upload your CV/résumé in acceptable file formats listed above.
Does CompleteRx accept unsolicited resumes?
Yes. You can send your unsolicited resume visit our Talent Community page and create a Job Agent. Your unsolicited resume will be sent to the CompleteRx Talent Acquisition Team and you will be emailed at a frequency of your choosing positions that match your resume.
Can I just send my resume to the hospital or pharmacy where I’m interested in working?
No. Our partner hospitals and pharmacies will not accept unsolicited resumes or inquires and will not act on unsolicited resumes or email inquiries. All resume submissions must go through our online process.
Can I meet with a CompleteRx Talent Acquisition Specialist in person?
Not initially. CompleteRx Talent Acquisition Specialists cannot individually meet with every potential applicant. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate the volume of job seekers interested in employment with CompleteRx. Our Talent Acquisition Team will facilitate the process, screen applicants and pass the most qualified candidates to our hiring managers. If an applicant is selected to move further in the process, a phone, in-person and/or video interview may be conducted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Hiring Manager.
How do I know if my online application has been received?
When you submit your application online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from our system. Please remember to check your spam folder, as most applicants who do not receive an email confirmation have found that it has gone into their spam or junk folder. If the confirmation is not in your spam or junk folder, it could mean that your application was not submitted properly and you will need to go back to our online career portal and resubmit your application. You will always receive a confirmation if we have received your application.
How can I check the status of my application?
You will be contacted by a Talent Acquisition Specialist or notified by email through our system as your application goes through the recruiting process. If you are not receiving emails, check your spam or junk folder. Please understand the recruiting process varies in time with many variables contributing to each individual search.
Can I call or email someone to check on the status of my application?
Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is simply not possible for us to respond to calls or emails about your application status. You will be notified by email or phone when your application advances through the process.
How long will my application remain active in your online system?
Applications are kept active and may be considered for open positions for a year after you apply. You can also submit your resume or set up a Job Agent without linking to a particular position. By submitting your resume through our career portal, you’ll be more visible as our team searches the database first when we seeking qualified candidates for a particular position.
How many different jobs can I apply for?
Our online system allows you to apply for multiple jobs, however, you should only apply to jobs that you are truly qualified for. If you apply for too many jobs, especially jobs that do not match your qualifications, it can send the message that you are not fully interested in any particular position. To determine if you are qualified for a position, please carefully review the minimum qualifications for each. Not doing so could prevent your application from making it through the initial screening process.
Do I have a better chance of getting a job if I apply for multiple jobs?
You are strongly encouraged to only apply for those positions that closely match your education, experience and skill set. Applying for multiple jobs without regard to whether you closely match the minimum qualifications for the positions, could actually look negatively on your application and decrease your chances of getting selected for an interview.
Why haven’t I heard anything yet?
Please understand the amount of time it takes for a candidate to go through the entire recruiting process varies. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder for any email communications that have been sent to you. Rest assured that if you are selected to move forward in the process, if we need additional information from you or you are selected for an interview, a CompleteRx Talent Acquisition Specialist will contact you.
What are reasons for the process taking longer than I would like?
This varies. Hiring managers often involve other managers, employees, committees or cross functional teams to interview candidates. These variables among others can contribute to the recruiting process being more time intensive.
Some jobs have been posted for a very long time. How can I be sure that a job is still open?
All jobs that are posted online are open positions that we are currently accepting applications for. Even if a posted date appears to be old or you have seen it posted for some time, the job is still active. All jobs posted on our Career Portal are always updated real-time.
I saw a job on your Career Portal yesterday and went to apply for it today, but it isn’t listed anymore. Can I still apply for it?
Not for the position in question. If the position is no longer posted online, we are no longer accepting applications for that position. You can send your unsolicited resume and/or create a Job Agent. Open positions that match your qualifications will be sent to you automatically. By following either of these processes your resume will be searched on by our team for future openings.
I get email notifications of CompleteRx jobs; does that mean CompleteRx is recommending that I apply for these positions?
No. When you set up your Job Agent you have the option to receive email notifications of jobs that match your imported resume. When a job is posted that matches your resume, our system will automatically send an email notification to you. Please be aware, however, that just because you receive these notifications, it does not mean that you are qualified for these positions. CompleteRx’s system is emailing you open position notifications based on matches to your resume. You are receiving the notifications because you’ve selected to receive them. As with any job announcement, you should carefully review the minimum qualifications before you apply.
I would like to inquire about the status of a job application that I submitted. I was wondering why my application was no longer under consideration even though I felt that I was qualified. Can you provide me with some feedback about the rejection of my application?

Reviewing your application and prescreening
Please be aware, we receive numerous applications from a number of good candidates. Also some positions may have prescreening steps like an assessment or position specific questionnaire.
If you’re chosen among the most qualified candidates, we’ll contact you to set up an interview over the phone, in person or via video conference. This process is performed to ascertain how you fit with our culture and business goals.
If after your interview the CompleteRx Hiring Manager wants to extend an offer, he/she will discuss a starting salary with our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will then receive a verbal job offer and then if you accept, we will send you a job offer package.

What is a job agent?

You must sign-up and upload your resume to initiate this feature. After doing so our system will automatically send you an email alert regarding job postings that match your uploaded resume. You can select daily, weekly, or monthly notification.
How can I set up a Job Agent to receive automatic e-mail alerts about jobs?
To set up a Job Agent, click (Job Agent)/(OpenHire Create Job Agent Link) which is also located on the side navigation bar on all career pages. Enter your name, email, upload your resume and create a password; then click the “Create Agent” button.
You can also modify or delete your Job Agent at any time by accessing your account with your email and password you created.
The e-mails you receive will help you identify new jobs you may be interested in. After receiving the email alert you still need to apply for the job opening sent to you in order to be considered for that specific position with CompleteRx.
I created a job agent on the CompleteRx career portal. What will happen next?
If you’ve set up a (Job Agent)/(OpenHire Create Job Agent Link), then you’ll receive email alert messages about new job openings that align with your uploaded resume within 24 hours of the position being posted. These automated email alerts will only be sent to you if you set up a Job Agent on our career portal. The emails you receive will help you identify new jobs you may be interested in with CompleteRx. After receiving the email alert you still need to apply for the job opening sent to you in order to be considered for that specific position with CompleteRx.
