Terry Andrus, President
Mr. Andrus possesses an entrepreneurial spirit that guided him into founding CompleteRx in 1998. It is now the fourth largest hospital pharmacy management company in the United States.
He began his career as an auditor, working with two public accounting firms and successfully establishing full-service management advisory services (MAS) within one organization. Mr. Andrus began his healthcare career with Owen Healthcare, Inc., as their director of internal audit. He later assumed responsibility for the operational and financial turnaround of the company’s home infusion product. Upon leaving Owen Healthcare after the company was sold, Mr. Andrus founded CompleteRx.
Mr. Andrus has earned several awards as the president and CEO of CompleteRx, including Ernst and Young’s "Entrepreneur of the Year" and the HR Houston Impact Award. CompleteRx has received stellar recognition under his leadership, including being named the Houston Business Journal’s "Fastest Growing Company" in 2004 and being ranked in the top ten of the publication's "100 Best Companies."
Mr. Andrus earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin University.
