In 1998 CompleteRx embarked on a strategy to become the employer of choice in hospital pharmacy management. Tackling the ambitious goal of attracting the best and brightest pharmacists in America required extensive research and evaluation of the culture and work environment necessary to achieve our goal.
Our research led to creation of the Team Covenant, which represents CompleteRx’s philosophy of commitment to employees, clients, and the patients we serve. The Team Covenant is a contract between CompleteRx and our employees that defines the expectations of both the organization and the employees. These expectations are measured annually, resulting in accountability for both the organization and the employees.
