Guaranteed Regulatory Compliance. CompleteRx will prepare the hospital pharmacy for a constant state of readiness to exceed expectations set by Joint Commission and other
regulatory agencies. If the hospital receives any negative findings directly attributable to pharmacy, CompleteRx pays a financial penalty to the hospital, GUARANTEED.
Guaranteed Nursing satisfaction. CompleteRx conducts annual nursing satisfaction surveys. If the scores do not exceed a baseline satisfaction level, CompleteRx pays a
financial penalty to the hospital, GUARANTEED.
Guaranteed Educational In-services. CompleteRx provides quarterly in-services for the nursing staff. If we fail to deliver on this commitment, CompleteRx pays a financial
penalty to the hospital, GUARANTEED.
