Guaranteed Nursing Satisfaction
CompleteRx conducts annual nursing satisfaction surveys. If the scores do not exceed a baseline satisfaction level, CompleteRx pays a financial penalty to the hospital, GUARANTEED.
Guaranteed Educational Inservices
CompleteRx provides quarterly inservices for the nursing staff. If we fail to deliver on this commitment, CompleteRx pays a financial penalty to the hospital, GUARANTEED.
